Lower Farm has ten well appointed rooms that can accommodate up to 19 guests. Our modern facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
The rooms are made up of:
- 9 double / twin en-suite bedrooms
- 1 single en-suite bedroom
- One of our twins has disabled adaptions and has a walk in wet room
Six of our rooms have adjoining doors in order to accommodate family bookings. Room prices can be found on our Rates Page.

We pride ourselves on our delicious farmhouse breakfasts which include locally sourced sausages, bacon and free range eggs. Why not try our Avocado with Bacon and Poached eggs, or Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs.
We can cater for most dietary needs and can provide vegetarian,gluten or dairy free breakfasts if required

Our B&B rooms incorporates the use of renewable energy by using air source heat pumps, Photovoltaic an Panels, Under Floor Heating, Low energy interior and exterior lighting. We also make use of rainwater harvesting. Our accommodation has achieved a very good BREEAM rating.
